133-unit Co-Living scheme at Gladstone Road, Exeter

We are delighted that our new development for a 133-unit Co-Living scheme at Gladstone Road, Exeter by our client Watkin Jones Group has been granted planning permission.

Amol Pisal and Alex Painting prepared a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support the planning submission, and worked with the Client’s in-house team, Architect Lisa Ferguson of Manson and Bell Cornwell LLP Planning Consultants to deliver a scheme with appropriate access and delivery & servicing arrangements.

Once developed, the scheme will provide accommodation for key workers, young professionals and graduates. This will help to retain a skilled workforce in the city, especially given that the development would be within reach of major employers, the city centre, and historic quayside.
