ADL are pleased to share the recent approval for the mixed-use redevelopment of the Duke of York Public House site within Windsor.
It wasn’t easy by any means, but we are delighted that the planning officer reached the correct decision and ultimately granted approval for what will be a positive redevelopment of the existing site providing a convenience store (intended to be occupied by Co-op Property) and residential development. A really pleasing result.
ADL provided Transport Statement, and followed up with significant discussions and rebuttals to alleviate the highway authority initial concerns and ultimately demonstrate the acceptability of the proposals from a highway and transport perspective.
Pleasure to work with the planning team Lichfields UK, and architects Dinwiddie Maclaren Architects (image credit) to achieve this result.
