It is fantastic to see the Mucklow Park development continue to take shape revitalising the area of Tyseley off the new Battery Way link.
ADL have assisted previously on all transport related aspects to obtain approvals for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments which are now built, and part-occupied.
The most recent and significant win occurring late 2020 was for the approval of the next phase of development which will accommodate a c.11,000sqm Parcel Distribution Facility with ancillary office space.
The proposal includes a decked van storage area, and will provide significant offsite highway improvements to the junction of Warwick Road/Battery Way.
In addition, the proposal will target a BREEAM Excellent rating and is designed to allow the occupier to adopt a full electric vehicle delivery fleet in future.
As ever, a pleasure working alongside the team Mucklow (A & J) Group PLC, Define Planning and Design Ltd, Fusion Building Consultancy Limited, SMR Architects amongst others.
